Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Hotel Security and Doorman to ensure the safety, security, and seamless access of guests, staff, and visitors within our hotel premises. This role combines proactive security measures with exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming yet secure environment. Responsibilities Perform regular patrols of the hotel premises to identify potential security risks or hazards, utilizing manual handling techniques when necessary.

Welcome Guests:

Greet arriving and departing guests warmly, open doors, and provide a polished first impression of the hotel & Bar/Restaurant. Write detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities observed during shifts. Manage conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques to resolve guest disputes or disturbances professionally and calmly.

Access Control:

Screen incoming visitors, verify credentials or guest lists when necessary, and prevent unauthorized access

Enforce Policies:

Uphold hotel safety guidelines and peacefully de-escalate unruly or disruptive behavior Experience Prior experience in security roles within hospitality or related fields is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor that enhances guest experience while ensuring safety standards are upheld. Proven ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining high levels of alertness and professionalism. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 10.0 per week
