Job Description
The APP will work closely with physicians and various allied health staff on a multi-disciplinary team by providing comprehensive assessments, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a diagnostic impression, developing, and implementing a treatment plan, monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, and prescription of pharmacological agents and non-pharmacological therapies. They will also provide primary care services including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients.
