Job Description
NP Breezy Cuyuna Regional Medical Center $119,000.00 - $138,000.00 Salary Sep 03, 2026 Description The APP will work closely with physicians and various allied health staff on a multi-disciplinary team by providing comprehensive assessments, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a diagnostic impression, developing, and implementing a treatment plan, monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, and prescription of pharmacological agents and non-pharmacological therapies. They will also provide primary care services including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
If Nurse Practitioner, must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with patients in family practice, acute care or similar specialty. Experience with program growth preferred. If Physician Assistant, bachelor's degree and successful completion of an accredited physician assistant program required. Minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with patients in family practice, acute care or similar specialty.
License/Certificates:
If NP, current DEA certificate and Minnesota Nurse Practitioner License.
If PA, current DEA certificate and national certification from the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. State PA license required.
