Provide diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental health conditions in adults, including medication management and therapy planning. Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients through acute psychiatric crises. Must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Psychiatric Nursing, an active Minnesota license, and a PMHNP certification with 1-2+ years of post-grad experience. Responsible for monitoring medication effectiveness, educating patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
