Provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams. Perform assessments, order diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications within guidelines. Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care and support quality improvement initiatives.
