AMFM Healthcare is expanding our footprint in Stillwater, Minnesota with the opening of two new adult mental health facilities, alongside our two established facilities. As we continue to deepen our impact in the community, were seeking a Nursing Supervisor III to help lead high-quality, compassionate care across our growing region.

About the RoleThe Nursing Supervisor III is a key clinical leader responsible for overseeing a regional nursing team, including LVN/LPNs, CMAs, and Medical Coordinators. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant care across multiple residential settings, while upholding AMFM Healthcares standards of ethics, quality, and patient-centered treatment.

Youll partner closely with clinical, medical, and operations teams to support our mission of delivering exceptional care to adults navigating mental health challenges.

What Youll DoLead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary nursing team across multiple facilitiesOversee scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and staff developmentEnsure all clients receive care and medications as prescribed, with accurate documentation and auditingMaintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and AMFM policiesConduct assessments, oversee medication management, and support infection control practicesCollaborate with regional providers and internal teams to coordinate comprehensive client careMonitor clinical documentation and uphold the integrity of the electronic health record (EHR) systemServe as an on-call resource for nursing and medical teams within the regionWhat Were Looking ForActive Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in MinnesotaMinimum 3+ years of experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health settingStrong leadership experience supervising nursing or medical support staffKnowledge of clinical operations, medication management, and regulatory complianceExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCPR/First Aid Certification and current TB clearanceValid drivers license with insurability per company policyWhy Join AMFM Healthcare?
