M-Th 7a-4:30p Wholistic care, including prevention, chronic disease management, health education and occupational health services to employees and their families, ages 2+ Low volume $90 per hour Paid weekly Malpractice covered Paid Training Requirements Must have 2+ years of primary care experience as an NP or PA MN state licensure Board Certified Clean background
