Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is needed for an outpatient opening in Windom, Minnesota 56101. The position is based at 2150 Hospital Drive and serves patients ranging from children through adults. The practitioner will work a weekday schedule and provide outpatient psychiatric services across the stated age groups. One appointment slot is reserved each day for a same-day or crisis visit, supporting timely access for urgent patient needs.

Children through adults Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric nurse practitioner services to the listed patient population. Assess and address behavioral health needs within the scope of the PMHNP role. Manage scheduled outpatient visits across pediatric and adult age groups. Maintain one daily appointment slot for same-day or crisis needs. Document care and coordinate appropriately within the outpatient setting. Qualifications PMHNP preparation and credentials appropriate for the position. Ability to provide outpatient services to children and adults. Availability for the Monday-through-Friday schedule. Ability to support same-day and crisis appointments as part of the daily schedule.
