Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Department team on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an APP looking to maintain emergency medicine experience while adding a flexible PRN opportunity to their schedule. We are looking for someone who provides high-quality patient care, works well as part of a collaborative team, and is comfortable practicing in an Emergency Department environment. PRN Schedule Minimum commitment of one shift per month Additional shifts may be available based on Emergency Department coverage needs Scheduling is coordinated with the provider based on availability and department needs What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to the Emergency Department Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within your scope of practice Collaborate closely with Emergency Department physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation Follow GVMH clinical standards, policies, and applicable professional practice requirements Qualifications Current or eligible Missouri licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN or Physician Assistant Appropriate national certification for your profession Ability to maintain all required credentialing, privileges, and professional qualifications Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented Emergency Department environment Emergency medicine, urgent care, or other relevant acute-care experience preferred Why GVMH?
