We're expanding a team that brings patient-focused primary care into skilled nursing facilities in Maryville, Missouri, and we're looking for part-time providers who value collaboration, flexibility, and high-quality, evidence-based care. You'll work alongside physicians and facility staff to manage both acute and chronic needs for residents - without overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities. What the role looks like Part-time schedule with flexible hours: six-hour facility shifts, with rounds generally starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No call and no overnight coverage. Typical caseload of about 15-20 patient visits per day. Daily rounds in the facility, assessing residents, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and managing follow-up care. Close collaboration with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions. Responsibility for maintaining clinical and regulatory compliance.
