Our mission is to be the country's leading provider of physiatry-focused, quality-driven rehabilitative care. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional rehabilitative care at U.S. Physiatry. Located in the United States, this role is vital in enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring high-quality service delivery within our network of facilities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Educate patients and families about treatment options and health management. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or related field. Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Strong clinical skills with experience in acute or post-acute care settings. Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with telehealth practices is a plus. Knowledge of discharge planning processes.
