Up to $120,000 per year

Primary care and geriatrics Work setting: Long-term care facilities Responsibilities Provide primary care to residents in long-term care facilities. Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe, monitor, and manage medications. Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards. Educate and support patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans. Remain responsive to patient and facility needs while managing time and scheduling effectively. Required qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license valid for practice in Mississippi. At least two years of relevant clinical experience.

Required credentials beyond state licensure:

AANP/ ANCC and DEA license Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with facility staff, residents, and residents' families. Preferred qualification Experience caring for geriatric patients in a long-term care setting.
