III NICU
for a diverse patient population Collaborate closely with neonatologists and nursing staff in a multidisciplinary team Assist in covering the newborn nursery and patient rounds Provide family-centered care, ensuring best outcomes for fragile infants Document clinical interventions accurately and timely Engage in quality improvement and unit protocols What You Need Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification Minimum of 2 years current NNP experience (no new graduates) Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care Ability to collaborate within a team environment Excellent communication skills About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare facility recognized for excellence and innovation in neonatal care.
