III NICU

environment. Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver high-quality, family-centered care. Cover shifts providing 20 hours of daily neonatal coverage, including collaboration with in-house daytime neonatologists and backup call from home. Assist with newborn nursery duties and patient management. Implement and support clinical protocols and Neonatal Intensive Care standards. Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly. Support a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and family satisfaction. What You Need Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification (FNP/PNP not accepted) 2+ years of neonatal intensive care experience as an NNP Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and management Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Gastonia, NC, known for its award-winning hospital design and commitment to excellence.
