We are seeking Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care in Manchester, NH. This innovative model combines team-based care, modern technology, convenient access, and integrated in-person and virtual services—including urgent care—to create a more connected and efficient approach to primary care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop evidence-based treatment plans and provide preventive care Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services Utilize virtual care and modern technology to improve access and continuity Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$135,000-$290,000 Sign-on bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid short-term disability Optional pet insurance 401(k) with employer match after one year of service Additional benefits available based on eligibility Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained throughout employment Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS must be obtained through an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted
