- 180,000 annually (DOE) + Full Benefits We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality medical care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
- 180K DOE) Weekdays only
- no nights or weekends Established patient population Strong physician and interdisciplinary team support Full benefits package + CME Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments in SNF settings Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct routine patient rounds Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and treatments Document all patient care accurately in the EMR Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-required) Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, post-acute, or long-term care required Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team Comfortable managing a patient panel in an on-site setting Compensation & Benefits $150,000•180,000 annual salary (DOE) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice insurance Retirement plan options Schedule & Location Full-time, weekdays only On-site at Skilled Nursing Facilities No remote option
