North Bergen, NJ; Paramus, NJ; Livingston, NJ Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and vital signs documentation to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Utilize EMR to document patient encounters accurately, manage medical records, and facilitate data collection. Participate in triage the patient needs based on severity and acuity levels. Assists in diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions and supporting perioperative care.
