Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse settings. As an energetic and dedicated provider, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a rural health outpatient clinic, ensuring accessible and quality care for patients of all ages. Your expertise will help improve health outcomes while fostering strong patient relationships in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop personalized care plans. Provide acute and chronic disease management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospital medicine, emergency medicine, behavioral health, geriatrics, pediatrics, and critical care units to ensure seamless patient care. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for accurate documentation and medical records management. Engage in diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing, sonography, medical imaging, and specimen processing to inform clinical decisions. Requirements Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license with current certification from an accredited program. Strong proficiency in EMR/EHR systems. Knowledge of CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-10 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing. Familiarity with specialty areas such as gastroenterology, hospice & palliative medicine, infectious disease care, occupational health, geriatrics & memory care or behavioral health is highly desirable. Ability to work with diverse populations including children (pediatrics), seniors (geriatrics), individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia. Excellent communication skills coupled with a commitment to compassionate patient care within HIPAA guidelines. Pay:
$115,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year
