Opportunities are available throughout most counties statewide. Assignments are scheduled based on provider availability and county demand, with opportunities in all but a limited number of restricted counties.Travel and Lodging:
Travel and lodging support is available based on provider availability. Position Overview In home health and wellness assessments for geriatric patients. This is a flexible, provider driven opportunity for independent clinicians who want control over their schedule while delivering patient focused care. Schedule and Volume- Typical schedule: Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Daily volume: 5 to 8 in home assessments per day
- Availability requirement: Providers must be available at least two full days per week and include one weekday
- Weekend only availability is not accepted Clinical Responsibilities
- History and physical style assessments
- Medication review
- Vitals and point of care screenings as applicable
- Fecal kit distribution as applicable
- Documentation completed on a provided tablet based platform Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nevada license appropriate to provider type
- National certification required for NP and PA roles
- CAQH profile and NPI required
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify Credentialing Credentialing is self paced and typically takes 30 to 45 days. Benefits
