This role demands strong clinical judgment and effective collaboration to deliver quality patient-centered care. Responsibilities Assess patients' health status and medical histories Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various conditions Manage and prescribe medications appropriately Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Bachelor's degree in Nursing Valid Nurse Practitioner license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Proficiency in patient assessment and electronic medical records (EMR) Strong communication skills Critical thinking abilities
