& Pharmacy CS licensure must have excellent bed-side manner and welcoming personality Must have 3 years minimum recent clinical experience as a clinic based Nurse Practitioner. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs monitoring. Perform diagnostic evaluations and follow treatment plans based on clinical findings Maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks. Be able to follow treatment plan set by physician Proficiency in medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT coding). Experience with EMR systems and data management for effective patient record keeping. Excellent communication skills for effective patient and coworker interaction and teamwork Must have excellent time management Must be kind and empathetic
