Provide advanced, evidence-based care to neonates across multiple Level-III NICUs in the Los Angeles suburbs of Las Vegas Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and more than 10,000 births annually Perform neonatal interventions including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric specialists Rotate through various hospitals and shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage Support families with compassionate communication during NICU stays Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional growth opportunitiesWhat You Need:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada Neonatal certification preferred At least 2 years of NICU experience Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and emergency procedures Excellent communication and team collaboration skills About theAssignment:
