Cardiology Location:

Queens, NY Position Overview Our office is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiology team for Outpatient Services. This position involves working closely with a supervising cardiologist to deliver comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, including pain management patients Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures/care plan management oversight by Cardiology MDs as needed Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Order and review laboratory and diagnostic tests Oversee patients' overall health Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New York State Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills One year experience in outpatient or inpatient Cardiology setting Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a cardiologist Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to work with EHR programs and manage care for patients Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm 8 hours per day Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 annually, based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for professional growth
