Maze Men's Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants something different from high-volume, transactional medicine. We are a physician-led private practice specializing in men's sexual health, male infertility, hormonal care, and urology . Our clinicians have meaningful time with patients to understand complex concerns, provide thorough education, and develop individualized treatment plans. You do not need to come to us as a men's health or urology expert. We are looking for a strong clinician who is intellectually curious, compassionate, comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns, and genuinely interested in developing expertise in this field. Prior experience is preferred, and experience in urology, internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, fertility, or sexual medicine is particularly relevant. What You'll Do As an NP/PA at Maze, you will: Evaluate and manage patients with sexual, reproductive, hormonal, and urologic concerns Obtain comprehensive histories and perform appropriate physical examinations Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide detailed and sensitive patient counseling and education Perform or assist with appropriate in-office procedures Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, laboratory professionals, and outside clinicians Participate in ongoing clinical learning and evaluation of emerging research and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What We're Looking For Current or eligible New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Applicable national board certification Current or eligible DEA registration Prior clinical practice experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort discussing sensitive sexual and reproductive health concerns Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to evidence-based medicine Ability to work collaboratively while developing clinical independence A genuine desire to learn and develop expertise in men's health Previous experience in men's health or urology is not required . We are prepared to train the right experienced clinician who has a strong clinical foundation and is excited to develop a specialty. Schedule This is a full-time, weekday position with no call and no weekends. The position is primarily based at our Harrison, Westchester County office, with Thursdays at our Manhattan location , conveniently located near Grand Central.
