Position Title:
Senior Practitioner, Organizational Development and Change Management (LSC) Position Summary The Senior Practitioner, Organizational Development and Change Management, reports to the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness (OE). The Senior Practitioner partners with business leaders and across the People team to design and implement organizational development and change management strategies that enable successful business transformation. This role serves as an internal consultant, applying organizational design, change management, facilitation, and consulting practices to improve overall organizational effectiveness, strengthen leader capability, and support sustainable adoption of strategic initiatives. The Senior Practitioner collaborates with leaders and key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop practical solutions, and guide teams through complex change while balancing business objectives and crewmember experience. The role independently manages complex projects and engagements, effectively navigating ambiguity and organizational dynamics to influence outcomes and advance business priorities. Essential Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders to diagnose complex organizational needs and identify root causes to develop tailored, data-driven recommendations, and implement customized Organizational Development and Change Management solutions
Build trusted relationships with leaders at multiple levels of the organization by providing thought partnership, coaching, and consultation throughout organizational change initiatives
Independently lead or partner with the OE Manager and other team members, to address organizational development requests, which may include organizational design, strategy development, new leader transitions, talent development, and change management initiatives aligned with business priorities
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, readiness planning, risk assessment and mitigation, and more to improve adoption and sustain business outcomes
Design, develop, maintain, improve, and educate others on OD and Change Management frameworks, tools, templates, training, and additional resources to support ongoing business transformation
Design and facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and leadership discussions that build alignment, solve business challenges, and drive effective decision-making
Conduct internal and external benchmarking studies and analysis to inform organizational solutions
Lead data collection approaches and methodologies (e.g., conduct interviews, focus groups, design surveys, operational visits) and analyze results to identify themes and insights
Contribute to team meetings, events, and training by developing content, materials, and agendas, facilitating discussions and supporting logistics as appropriate, and ensuring effective follow-through on actions and commitments
Research emerging practices, recommend improvements, and incorporate relevant approaches into OD and Change Management projects, programs, tools, and methodologies
Other duties as assigned Minimum Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant experience Three (3) years of Change Management and Organizational Development experience with an internal or external consulting background
Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills through completion of a work sample during the hiring process
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
Experience interacting daily with people at different levels within the organization, including developing and maintaining ongoing relationships and influencing project approaches and timelines Experience managing multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service
Adept at using Microsoft Office and other technology including AI
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US isrequired, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Preferred Experience and Qualifications Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Business
Five (5) years of Change Management and Organizational Development experience with an internal or external consulting background
Ability to articulate and apply Organizational Psychology theories effectively to multiple audiences
Ability to create aesthetically appealing and logically organized presentation materials and facilitation agendas
Prosci or other certification in Change Management
Knowledge or experience in Organizational Design
Certification in a Coaching methodology
Working knowledge of process mapping
Previous formal leadership and management experience
Understanding of airline operations and shift-based, customer-facing work groups
Experience creating and presenting talent-related training, materials, and team updates
Experience with job analysis and evaluation, and job description preparation
Expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite and leveraging

Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more. #LI-LL1 #LI-Hybrid
