Job Description
Position Overview Chenango Memorial Hospital, part of the United Health Services system, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Walk-In Clinic in Norwich, NY. This is a PRN/ Per Diem position ideal for an independent, confident provider with a strong background in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine. You will join a team dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care in a busy, community-focused clinic. The walk-in clinic sees a diverse range of non-emergency, acute conditions and offers an excellent work-life balance.

$70- 85/ Hour

CMH Walk-In Clinic, Norwich, NY Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM

$70- 85/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care for walk-in patients of all ages with acute and episodic conditions. Collaborate with onsite staff and refer patients to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed. Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in theEPIC EMR.
Monday through Friday hours and participation in Saturday rotation ; clinic is closed Sundays .Qualifications:
Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum 1-2 years of experience in walk-in, urgent care, emergency, or family medicine required Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient careAbout CMH & United Health Services:
