Make an Impact Every Day As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll care for patients in the comfort of their own homes, often becoming one of the most trusted members of their healthcare team. Your work will directly improve quality of life, reduce care gaps, and help patients navigate complex healthcare needs with confidence. What We're Looking For Nurse Practitioners:
ANCC or AANP certification in
Family, Adult, Geriatric, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Physician Assistants:
NCCPA certification and active state licensure Additional qualifications: Active, unrestricted state license (or ability to obtain before start)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within the local service area
Passion for delivering patient-centered, relationship-based care
