Red Stag LLC is seeking experienced Class A CDL Farm Route Pickup Drivers to safely and efficiently load raw milk from local dairy farms and transport liquid dairy products to processing plants throughout regional routes in New York. This position includes live unloading and requires strong attention to safety, compliance, and reliability. Job Responsibilities Safely load raw milk from dairy farms into tanker trailers using proper food-grade procedures Transport liquid dairy products to designated processing plants on scheduled routes Complete live unload deliveries as required Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routing, delays, and operational issues Conduct daily inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment Follow all food safety, handling, and regulatory compliance standards Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and ELD documentation Ensure compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations Maintain professional relationships with farmers and customers Perform other duties as assigned Compensation Earn up to $400 per day Estimated base pay of $2,800 bi-weekly (terms apply) Additional earning opportunities include detention pay and driver coverage incentives Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement Minimum age 23 Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience Minimum 1 year of liquid tanker or food-grade hauling experience Dairy industry experience preferred (4+ years ideal) Ability to obtain and maintain milk handler certification Valid DOT medical card and insurable driving record Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and Hours of Service regulations Ability to drop and hook trailers Ability to climb ladders and inspect trailer seals Strong navigation and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Additional Information Rider policy available Pet-friendly policy Flexible scheduling Supportive operations team with steady regional work Apply today to join Red Stag LLC and support essential dairy transportation operations.
