will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment to individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. This position supports PPBH's mission of delivering accessible, person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented behavioral health services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to integrated behavioral health, clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and improving outcomes for individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing clinical assessments. Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders in accordance with applicable professional standards, organizational policies, and state and federal regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary treatment teams. Provide psychiatric medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting medications as clinically indicated. Evaluate medication effectiveness, side effects, adherence, and potential interactions. Provide education to clients and families regarding psychiatric diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and recovery. Assess and monitor suicide risk, psychiatric stability, safety concerns, and the need for crisis intervention or a higher level of care. Collaborate with PPBH primary care, therapists, case managers, nurses, peer support specialists, and other members of the treatment team. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Current, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Ohio, as applicable. Current

certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Prescriptive authority in accordance with Ohio law and applicable regulatory requirements. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one, as required for the position. Experience providing psychiatric assessment and medication management services. Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, psychopharmacology, and evidence-based behavioral health treatment. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary behavioral health setting. Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
