The Opportunity & Impact As a Nurse Practitioner at our Dayton clinic, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive psychiatric care and continuity of treatment. You will have the clinical autonomy to manage patient recovery pathways while collaborating closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary clinic team to decrease barriers to care and monitor patient progress.

Key Responsibilities Patient-Centered Care:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, history of present illness (HPI) assessments, and design personalized treatment plans for individuals navigating recovery and mental health disorders.

Progressive Monitoring:

Document and track patient milestones, adjusting care plans seamlessly in collaboration with clinical leadership and clinic directors.

Empowerment & Education:

Counsel patients on their treatment journey, helping them understand their progress, and provide essential health education regarding medication management and compliance.

Advocacy:

Act as a compassionate guide, addressing the physical, emotional, and mental health aspects of substance use and behavioral health disorders to help patients achieve long-term stability and an improved quality of life. What We Are Looking For At least 6 months of MAT/Addiction medicine treatment experience. Board certification with the ANCC or AANP in addiction medicine. Must be licensed in the State of OH. Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check. Must be able to interact compassionately with a diverse population. Ready to Make a Difference?
