Job Description
- APP•Pediatric•
Location:
Findlay, OH
- Full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity in an outpatient specialty setting in Findlay, Northwest Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience required
- Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
- Average patient volume of 25 patients per day
- Shared office phone call with a 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
- Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting
- Located in Findlay, a micropolitan community and the second-largest city in Northwest Ohio
- Part of a nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region
- Access to Mayo Clinic specialists for physician consultation and second opinions through an established clinical network Compensation & Benefits
- 40 hours per week
- $120,000
- 130,000 base salary, based on experience
- 200 hours of vacation/CME time
- wRVU productivity bonus with no cap
- Estimated productivity bonus of $10,000
- 20,000+ annually
- $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
