Mercy Health Lima, Ohio - Acute Nurse Practitioner or PA for Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Mercy Health - St. Rita's Pulmonary in Lima, Ohio is seeking an acute nurse practitioner to join our busy practice. We offer a competitive income & benefit package.

Position Highlights:

Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient clinic and inpatient setting. Take night and weekend call. Weekend inpatient hospital rounding treating current Pulmonary patients & new consults 1:5, 1 holiday/year. Night call 4:30 PM to 8 AM the next morning. Respond to patient calls Complete in-basket Manage patient results and prescribe medications. Travel to satellite location and provide patient care. Adult and Geriatric Work with Medical Students and Residents Strong physician and peer collaboration Clinical schedule: M-R 8AM-4PM, Friday 8A to noon.

Education and Skills Required:

Acute trained nurse practitioner or certified physician assistant. Current licensure with the state of Ohio Good verbal and written communication skills.
