Job Description
Job Summary Large Primary Care Practice seeking energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our team. CNP will work within our office to do wellness visits, acute visits, and hospital follow up's. Must have excellent communication skills. Experience preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4 or 5 pm. Paid holidays. Responsibilities and Duties Duties include but are not limited to the following: Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans. Documentation PT/INR's Wound assessment and treatment Acute and chronic disease management Wellness and preventative care Communication and collaboration with Physicians Excellent communication with Patients and or family members Medication management Qualifications and Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner BLS certified Benefits Benefits include Health, Dental, 401K program matched at 3%, paid vacations.
