We are seeking a contingent (PRN) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our integrated care team and help address the mental health needs of our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management with a primary focus on adults and children with serious mental illnesses. Collaborate closely with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and community agencies to coordinate wraparound services and integrated care plans. Support patients through stabilization, crisis prevention, and long-term care management. Document care thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system. Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Ohio. Experience in community mental health, primary care integration, or working with underserved populations is a plus. Strong commitment to patient-centered care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
