Woodlands Grove Recovery Campus is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our private addiction treatment facility in Van Wert, Ohio. Our beautiful 44-acre campus features wooded trails, a pond and peaceful outdoor spaces that create a welcoming environment for patients and staff. We combine medical detox and residential treatment with a personalized approach to recovery, supporting patients as they work toward lasting change. We are looking for a compassionate and dependable provider who enjoys working with a team and takes the time to understand each patient's needs. About the Role You will work alongside our medical, nursing and therapy teams to support patients throughout treatment. Your responsibilities will be aligned with your certification, clinical experience and scope of practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting admission assessments and follow-up visits to evaluate patients' needs and progress. Providing medication management and supporting safe withdrawal management within your scope of practice. Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team. Monitoring changes in patients' conditions and coordinating additional evaluation or a higher level of care when needed. Maintaining timely documentation and helping patients understand their medications, treatment and recovery goals. Qualifications Applicants should hold current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner certification and an active Ohio nurse practitioner license, or be eligible to obtain one before starting. Experience in addiction treatment, withdrawal management or behavioral health is preferred.
