Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop & implement care plans. Manage acute neonatal issues, assist with procedures, and monitor patient progress. Cover shifts in the NICU and additional nursery shifts at Lakeside. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and family education.

What You Need Required:

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required) Experience working in neonatal intensive care Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain one) in
