- Office Clerk Duties & Responsibilities:
- + Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
+ Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist visitors, staff, and customers as needed.
+ Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, correspondence, and other office materials.
+ Assist with scheduling, inventory, and other daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
+ Maintain confidentiality of company information and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- + A high school diploma (or equivalent), + With experience as Office Clerk + One (1) year minimum experience working in a professional office setting, + Additional certifications may be required.
