We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Wound Care & Primary Care role in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon.

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' wounds to create treatment plans Develop and implement wound care protocols Provide direct patient care including dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and advanced biologics Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention Document assessments and treatments accurately in medical records

Qualifications:

Valid ARNP license in Oregon At least 1 year of wound care or related experience Strong knowledge of wound care techniques and products Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Details:
