- Lancaster, PA Hot Job Overview Description I mpact Health is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide weekend clinical coverage Saturday & Sunday, one or both days!
Compensation and Benefits:
Earning potential: Fee for Service (1099) Each patient encounter documented and billed according to service codesFlexible Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday- Can be both or one of the days 401(k) (Full Time employment Only) Comprehensive Health Benefits (Full Time employment Only) Malpractice insurance provided Paid training and onboarding Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care Educate patients, families, and staff Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours) Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualifications Qualifications:
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology Strong communicator with a collaborative mindsetBenefits
