Deliver pulmonary care including admissions, evaluations, and management of acute and chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia. Manage noninvasive ventilation therapies, tracheostomies, and coordinate weaning plans with interdisciplinary teams. Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostics, and monitor treatment responses to prevent decompensation. Educate patients and staff on respiratory care, participate in reducing hospital readmissions, and ensure compliance with regulations. Requires active APRN license, Master's Degree, 3+ years nursing experience, and 6+ months in long-term care. In-person, part-time role with flexible schedule and productivity-based pay.
