Daytime hours only —no overnight shifts with minimal weekends, evenings or holidays What You'll Do Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (chat + video) and in-person Provide and document visits, histories, referrals, labs, and follow-ups in the EHR Help patients understand and manage medications Perform basic procedures like blood draws or cryo therapy Build trusted relationships with patients and help them feel healthier and happier

What We're Looking For Licensure :

FNP-C, APRN, and RN licensure per the

MN Board of Nursing Certifications :

Current BLS Experience :

2+ years in family practice and/or urgent care with pediatric experience

Education :

Graduate of an accredited FNP program (Master's required) This role requires in-person home visits. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation
