Licensed Professional / Qualified Professional - Residential Treatment Program Senoj Solutions LLC - Gastonia, NC Contract (1099 Independent Contractor) About Us Senoj Solutions LLC is a Level III residential treatment program located in Gastonia, NC, currently in the final stages of NC DHHS licensure. Our program serves adolescent males ages 12-17 with mental illness or emotional disturbance, providing trauma-informed, individualized care designed to help residents build the skills needed to successfully return to their home, school, and community. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Professional to provide clinical consultation and direct therapeutic services to our residents, in accordance with NC DHHS licensure requirements (10A
NCAC 27G
). This role may also satisfy our Qualified Professional (QP) clinical licensure pathway for candidates who hold full clinical licensure. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions to residents Facilitate group therapy sessions Offer clinical oversight and consultation to program staff Guide session frequency based on each resident's individualized treatment plan Collaborate with the program's Qualified Professional and direct care team Support psychiatric medication management, if within scope of licensure and agreed services Qualifications Must hold current, active NC licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) Physician or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with applicable state licensure Additional preferred qualifications: Experience working with adolescents in a residential or clinical treatment setting Experience with trauma-informed care approaches Prescribing authority, for candidates interested in providing medication management (DEA registration required if applicable) Engagement Type This position is offered as an independent contractor (1099) arrangement. Scope of services, session frequency, and fee structure (monthly retainer or per-session) will be finalized directly with the practitioner.
