The Role We are looking for a PA-C, NP, MD or DO who is skilled in, or willing to learn, regenerative therapies with IRB oversight: Stem cell therapy PRP (platelet-rich plasma) Exosomes Peptide protocols Comprehensive lab panels and functional lab interpretation Complex cases Sports medicine Health and performance optimization In-clinic procedures (joint injections, IV therapies, regenerative procedures) IRB-approved clinical research (we run active peptide research protocols; you can be part of it) You do not need to be an expert in all of these on day one. You need to be curious, coachable, and clinically sharp. We will train the right person. Who You Are Licensed

in California, in good standing A self-starter who works well without supervision A team player — we are a small, tight, wonderful team and we protect that culture Excited about regenerative medicine and proactive care, not just sick care Comfortable with (or eager to learn) AI-assisted workflows — familiarity with Claude and Obsidian for clinical documentation and protocol management is a strong plus Grant application experience is a plus (we are a nonprofit; grants fuel the mission) Not shy on social media — comfortable appearing in patient education content and helping tell our story Schedule & Compensation Set your own schedule. Start with Fridays for training, then expand to whatever days you like.
