We serve a broad range of patients across adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations, with a focus on creating a best-in-class experience for patients and clinicians. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APRN), you will provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management primarily via telehealth as we launch. Supported by a strong administrative and client care team, you'll be able to focus on clinical care, not chasing paperwork, scheduling, or prior auths all day. What you'll do Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-ups (telehealth-first) Create and adjust treatment plans using evidence-based care Coordinate care with therapists and internal team members as needed Maintain timely, compliant documentation (HIPAA + payer standards) Participate in case discussions and clinical workflow improvements What we provide Administrative (scheduling, intake workflows, patient communication) Credentialing and billing Operational (telehealth + EMR setup, templates, streamlined workflows) Clinical leadership (supervising psychiatrist / consulting physicians) Flexible schedule and thoughtful patient matching Marketing support and a growing referral network Minimum Qualifications PMHNP certification and active APRN license in Arizona DEA license (or ability to obtain) Comfortable providing care via telehealth Strong knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and safe prescribing practices Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with patients and staff Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient psychiatry (telehealth or in-person) Experience with Medicaid populations and/or underserved communities Spanish-speaking is a plus Remote-first (Arizona)
