Dual-Certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP + FNP/AGNP) - Mental Health & Hormone Optimization Renew Health & Wellness, a premier psychiatric and wellness practice in Apollo Beach, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dual-Certified Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP and FNP or Adult/Geriatric NP) for a full time position ( ability to work five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days).

Role:

We are looking for a dynamic provider with proven experience in both psychiatric mental health and hormone management/optimization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating a diverse adult population, integrating mental health care with evidence-based hormone optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for mental health and hormone optimization Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and hormone therapies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care Utilize telehealth platforms to expand access to services Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Florida and DEA. Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) Demonstrated experience in both mental health treatment and hormone management/optimization, or willing to learn Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care Patient with own collaborative MD a plus Already credentialed with Headway a plus Experience with Suboxone, or willing to learn
