Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
- Prescribe and administer medications to patients as needed
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide patient education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
