Rula Health is seeking a California-licensed PMHNP to deliver high-quality telehealth psychiatric care. In this fully remote, mission-driven role, you'll conduct psychiatric evaluations, prescribe and manage medications, and collaborate closely with therapists and care teams to support adults with behavioral health needs. You'll use evidence-based practices, document in an EHR, and participate in case reviews and quality initiatives. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult patients via telehealth Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapists and care teams Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor progress, side effects, and treatment adherence Document all encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system Coordinate care with primary care providers and other behavioral health professionals Ensure care delivery aligns with evidence-based guidelines and health plan requirements Support crisis intervention and appropriate escalation or referrals when needed Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives Required Skills Psychiatric evaluation Medication management Telepsychiatry platforms DSM-5 diagnostic skills Electronic Health Records (EHR) Treatment planning Risk assessment and crisis management Knowledge of psychopharmacology HIPAA compliance Insurance and documentation standards
