Compensation and Benefits:
Earning potential: 1099 (Fee For Service)Flexible Schedule:
Monday - Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Malpractice insurance provide Paid training and onboarding Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours) Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualifications:
Licensed PMHNP in the state of Maine. Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
