• Springfield, Missouri Minds Matters MD LLC is an outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in a hybrid role. Position Highlights

• Hybrid:

  in-office 1-2 days per week in Springfield, MO; remainder via telehealth
• Flexible scheduling
• 1099 independent contractor position

• Compensation:

  fixed rate per encounter — $110 per intake evaluation (90792), $80 per 99214 follow-up visit, $60 per 99213 follow-up visit, plus $40 per 90833 psychotherapy add-on session. Rates are negotiable. Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations
• Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing medication management
• Deliver routine, standard outpatient psychiatric care
• Document encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record Qualifications
• Active Missouri APRN license with psychiatric-mental health certification (PMHNP-BC preferred)
• Active DEA registration (required)
• Experience treating children and adolescents preferred
• Comfortable practicing via telehealth
