As a small practice, we genuinely value work‑life balance and understand the real challenges that come with being a psychiatric provider. We provide full administrative support—including billing, credentialing, marketing, and scheduling—along with consistent referrals and a fully remote workflow. As a small practice, we do not currently offer traditional health insurance; instead, we focus on realistic caseload expectations, flexible scheduling, and a strong commitment to work‑life balance. Responsibilities Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments via telehealth platforms, utilizing clinical research and behavioral health expertise. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in compliance with state and federal regulations, including DEA guidelines. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating psychopharmacology, therapy referrals, and holistic approaches such as esthetic laser treatments or Botox when appropriate. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including primary care providers, therapists, and specialists in geriatrics, pediatrics, or acute care settings. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records (EHR systems) like Epic or Athenahealth, ensuring HIPAA compliance and proper medical documentation. Provide patient education on medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and mental health management strategies; utilize health coaching techniques to promote wellness. Participate in ongoing clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Qualifications PMHNP licensure in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with a DEA license in both states Experience treating substance use disorders Ability to manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions Minimum of two years of PMHNP clinical experience
